The hotel was well situated specially when one would like to go to the thermal location.
The service - It took 45 minutes until we could check in as they first lost the booking then they could not get their system running.The room didn't have internet access and it was not worth the price. The service was not very friendly as though they were doing a favor to the customer to give them service. I would not recommend the hotel and would not stay in there again. But the location was the only reason was I chose it.

удобное месторасположение. центр города, близко к транспорту и лечебным центрам.
ужин не обеспечивается отелем 3*, необходимо было ходить далеко в отель 2*, а это ниже классом. интернет был доступен в зоне ресепшн, в номере на 2-м этаже уже был недостаточный сигнал. в номере не было ванны.

The location was excellent at the entrance to Spa Island and in the middle of town.
It's very dated like stepping back in time, comfortable though and very clean.
